How do I make a purchase?
Simply go to “Buy Airtime,” enter the phone number, amount, and use the M-Pesa Paybill flow to complete payment. Airtime is delivered instantly.
Are there any service fees?
No—goldmen does not charge extra fees. You pay exactly what you enter, and airtime is delivered instantly.
What happens if the payment fails?
If the M-Pesa STK fails or is canceled, airtime will not be delivered. Check your M-Pesa receipt for any debits, and contact support if needed.
